Background
This solicitation is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract aimed at providing roofing construction services at various locations within Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and Naval Air Facility Atsugi (NAFA), Japan.
