Background
This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for civil and geotechnical design and engineering services primarily in the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC, and Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.
