Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii is issuing this solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (A-E) services focused on utility projects.
