Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is seeking a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Architect-Engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to prepare U.S. Navy and Marine Corps environmental planning documents/tasks at various locations, primarily in California, Nevada, and Arizona. The primary focus would be for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and completing other environmental planning related projects in any environment.

Work Details
The services include preparing Navy and Marine Corps environmental planning related documents/tasks, focusing on compliance with NEPA and completing other environmental planning related projects in any environment. Efforts include but are not limited to, Environmental Assessments (EAs); Environmental Impact Statements (EISs); Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSIs) and Records of Decision (RODs). Tasks may include, but not be limited to, data collection, natural resource studies/surveys, and resource effects analysis work related to NEPA and other environmental planning tasks.

Period of Performance
The total term of the contract will be for five years (60 months), in a 24-month base period and one three-year option period.

Place of Performance
The contract will primarily be performed in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
