The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), NWS, requires A-E Services to support the Military and IIS Program. Services are to be provided under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Architect and Engineer Selection Procedures (formerly referred to as the Brooks Act). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541330 for Engineering Services. It is open to all businesses regardless of size. The Government intends to award an anticipated eight (8) contracts or more that will utilize a total capacity of $249M for a five (5) year base period with a single two (2) year option period. It is anticipated this MATOC procurement will result in a mixed pool comprised of approximately four (4) or more Unrestricted (UR) awards and four (4) or more Small Business (SB) awards that will share the $249M capacity.

Background
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), NWS, requires A-E Services to support the Military and IIS Program. Services are to be provided under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Architect and Engineer Selection Procedures (formerly referred to as the Brooks Act). The Government intends to award an anticipated eight (8) contracts or more that will utilize a total capacity of $249M for a five (5) year base period with a single two (2) year option period. Work Details
The contract involves providing up to ten (10) projects that best illustrate the proposed team’s qualifications for award of a contract. All projects must have been completed within five (5) years of publication of the synopsis/solicitation announcement. Firms will be evaluated for experience and competence based on the information in Part I of the SF330, Sections F and G. Offerors must have, either in-house or through consultants or subcontractors, the disciplines listed in the solicitation. All Key Personnel are required to have a minimum of five (5) years of project experience in their discipline demonstrated by projects with a scope, magnitude, and complexity comparable to this solicitation.

The contract will have a five (5) year base period with a single two (2) year option period.
