Description

The Contractor shall furnish all professional services, plant, labor, equipment, appliances and material, and
performing all necessary travel and services to compile engineering data, to furnish plans, specifications, detail
drawings and cost estimates to provide Architect-Engineering services to construct/install 154/10kV new main
electrical transformer substation (TS) on Incirlik Air Base (IAB) including overhead energy transmission line
(OETL), connection to off-base (154kV) and on-base (10kV) grids complete with civil-structural, architectural,
electrical, and mechanical systems to the U.S. Government that will enable a contractor to construct a complete
and usable facility within the scope of this contract. The services to be performed and project documents to be
provided to the U.S. Government shall be in accordance with the applicable requirements as described in the
attached "Guide for Architect-Engineer Firms Performing Services for the 39th Civil Engineering Squadron, 39
CES/CENM Incirlik, Turkey".
