in Support of BARDA Animal Model Task Orders

BARDA's Division of Nonclinical Development (DNCD) maintains a network of laboratories that conduct nonclinical studies to support medical countermeasure (MCM) development for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) threat agents. Critical to this mission are established animal models to conduct natural history, efficacy, and/or immunogenicity studies. DNCD currently has an immediate need for nonhuman primates (NHPs) to perform nonclinical studies for a range of CBRN threats and MCMs at our network laboratories.

BARDA seeks to acquire NHPs that will be housed and managed in the Offeror's facilities prior to shipment to one of network labs (specific locations TBD, all U.S.). Offerors should be capable of meeting all four of the requirements provided herein, including NHP, Pre-Shipment, Housing and Shipment Requirements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for this acquisition.
