In-Service Carriers Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Fire Watch Support - Request for Proposal (RFP)   5

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is hereby issuing a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside Request for Proposal (RFP), pursuant to FAR 19.8, on behalf of In-Service Carriers (PMS 312) for In-Service Carriers Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Fire Watch Support for the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) and, if Options are exercised, USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) RCOH availabilities.

This solicitation notice is related to the previously posted notice N00024-23-R-2101 on the SAM.gov website. The RFP and associated attachments in this announcement supersede all previous documents made available to the public.

System for Award Management (SAM) is the single point of entry for posting of the synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Prospective offerors should monitor the SAM page for the notice of release of the solicitation, and any applicable amendments. Offerors must be registered in SAM to participate in this procurement at sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
