This acquisition is for the manufacture and delivery of the Improved Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV) and Components. There will be a single award resulting in one Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed-Price Contract which will consist of a base year and three (3) one (1) year term options.
The Improved Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV) and IOTV Components are manufactured in accordance with FQPD-07-05H dated 18 December 2015. The list of items is as follows:

The estimated release date of the solicitation is October 22, 2015.
Deliveries will be FOB destination with a production lead time of 150 days for the first and all subsequent delivery orders. ). Deliveries are to be made to Peckham Vocational Industries, Lion Vallen Industries, and Travis Association for the Blind. Best Value/Tradeoff source selection procedures will be used with the following factors in descending order. 1) Ballistic Test Reports 2) Product Demonstration Models (PDM). All materials will be contractor furnished.

A Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code registration will be processed immediately. They can add up to ninety-eight (98) additional users, provide user IDs and passwords, modify existing users, and control the login status of each user for their CAGEs through My Account (Account Maintenance).
