Immunoassay CPRR

Contractor to provide a immunochemistry cost-per-reportable result (CPRR) program for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. See the attached SF1449 for the price schedule of the requirement. Request is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a Base Year and four (4) Option periods. Offerors may complete the price schedule in the SF1449 or provide pricing in their own format (Microsoft or PDF document). Offeror is to complete page one of the SF1449; block 12, discount terms (if applicable); block 17a., Contractor/Offeror information; blocks 30a., signature, 30b. , title of signer, and 30c., date signed. This solicitation include FAR provision 52.214-21, Descriptive Literature. Offerors are highly encouraged to submit descriptive literature for the instrument(s) proposed in their offer. This solicitation includes FAR provision 52.237-1, Site Visit. A formal site visit has not been scheduled during the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to understand the site conditions prior to making an offer. Offeror must have completed FAR provisions 52.204-24 - Representations Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, 52.209-7 - Information Regarding Responsibility Matters, and 52.212-3 in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the response date. It is requested that all questions regarding the solicitation be submitted no later than 10 May 2023.
