Background
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is issuing this solicitation for the Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Program. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive services that support the mission of NIAID in advancing biomedical research related to immune responses.

Work Details
The contractor shall independently furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work dated July 22, 2024. Key tasks include:

1. Preparation and submission of electronic reports compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

2. Monthly, semi-annual, annual, and final technical progress reports detailing activities undertaken and future plans.

3. Submission of a summary report (not exceeding 200 words) with the final report outlining salient results achieved during contract performance.

4. Compliance with NIH policies on enhancing reproducibility through rigor and transparency in research practices.

5. Adherence to reporting requirements for financial conflicts of interest as per 45 CFR Part 94.

6. Submission of an annual Section 508 report as directed by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

7. All reports must be submitted electronically via the NIAID electronic Report Deliverable Submission (eRDS) Site.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years, with specific timelines for deliverables outlined in the Statement of Work.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at the contractor's facilities, with specific locations to be determined based on project requirements.
