IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the Strategic Acquisition Center - Frederick is awarding a proposed contract action exceeding $25,000.00 for Office of Healthcare Innovation and Learning (OHIL) Immersive Technology for Targeted Mental Health Therapy (VA-22-00077713). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-5 entitled, Authorized or required by statute. The applicable statute is Public Law 109- 461: Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 specifically, the Veterans First Contracting Program outlined in 38 USC 8127(c).

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. This public notice is also IAW FAR 6.305. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System Code 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services.
