IMLS OHR and DEIA Support Services

This requirement is set-aside exclusively for small businesses. The Contractor shall provide two individuals for federal government human resource-related and DEIA-related services. The two FTEs will work on the following areas: * The HR Specialists shall provide expert technical advice, guidance, and consultation in the areas of position classification, recruitment and placement, and personnel and payroll processing. * The other HR Specialist will be responsible for executing tasks and activities from initiation to completion to support the development and or implementation of the DEIA, Equity, and Civil Rights Plans for the agency. The agency requires all individuals to have at least five-years of Federal human resources experience with tasks designated in the Scope of Work. POP includes a base period of 6 months with two 6-month options (1.5 years total if all options exercised).
