Subject: Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole-source contract to Taylor Communications for iMedConsent Content License/Support, for the government-owned iMedConsent Interface equipment located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center.

The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 31 Mar 2022 - 30 Mar 2025. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services . The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 541511 is $30M.

The solicitation number is W81K00-22-Q-0033, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
