ILS Infrastructure at Runway 07L

The Government awarded a firm-fixed price construction contract to Mission Support Services, LLC (CAGE 6SC08) to install infrastructure that will support a new Instrument Landing System at Runway 07L at NAS Pensacola, FL IAW the design and specifications provided by the Government. The contract was awarded on a sole-source basis under FAR Part 19.8, Contracting with the SBA (The 8(a) Program). In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(4), a pre-solicitation notice was not submitted because the contract action is expressly authorized by statute. However, since the contract action may result in the award of subcontracts, this notice of contract award is submitted in accordance with FAR 5.301(a)(l)(ii). An abridged version of the contract is attached to this notice. A full version of the contract can be obtained through the Electronic Data Access (EDA) at the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), in accordance with agency procedures.
