The Indian Health Service (IHS), an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, is responsible for providing federal health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- ITSM Platform Management and Sustainment Support and Governance
- Platform Authorization to Operate, Security, and Audit Compliance Support
- Integration of CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) with Armis, along with related support services
- Sustainment of Human Resources Service Delivery (EEO)
- Provision of IHS HealthIT support services through the Employee Service Center
- Expansion and training for newly developed features, including enhancements to Enterprise dashboards and Performance Analytics.
