IHS OEHE New Office, Show Low, Arizona Telephone and Internet Connection

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is a federal agency leasing a new office space for the Eastern Arizona District Office (EADO) at 2450 E. Show Low Lake Rd, Suite #1, Show Low, AZ 85901. The office move requires voice circuit and dedicated 50Mbps Internet services to operate with internal and external business partners efficiently. The procurement will establish a contract for the base year with four option years to cover services and maintenance agreement.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the request for new application/system for voice circuit and internet services at the IHS Eastern Arizona District (EADO) Offices. The contractor is required to provide all labor, services, supplies, and equipment related to the hook-up of the Voice Circuit and Internet. Specific services required include a 50Mbps upload/download speed dedicated internet connection, PRI circuit for voice, 20 DIDs, stand-alone DSL if necessary, extending the demark into the suite, retaining two primary telephone numbers, regular service provision, 24-hour accessible phone number, emergency repair and service as needed.

Period of Performance
The term of the contract begins on June 1, 2022, and the base period is for 12 months with four option years. The period of performance covers the following services: 50 Mbps Dedicated Internet Service; MRC: Voice Circuit - Internet Services, including ISDN-PRI, 6 B1 LINES, DID'S Block of 20, CALLER ID and Ethernet EIA 20M.

The contract will be performed at the Eastern Arizona District Office of the IHS Office of Environmental Health & Engineering located at 2450 E. Show Low Lake Rd, Suite #1, Show Low, AZ 85901.
