Background
The Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) Force Programs Office is tasked with ensuring the physical security and force protection of personnel at its headquarters and subordinate activities. This is achieved through an Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) that includes Access Control Systems (ACS), Closed-circuit televisions (CCTV), and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).

The command aims to standardize, integrate, and sustain these systems across various locations to comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as industry standards. The contract seeks to support the continuous operation of IESS systems while planning for future technology advancements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive technical services for the lifecycle support of IESS systems, including:
1. Preventative maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines to sustain system performance and meet security requirements.
2. Corrective maintenance to restore or replace malfunctioning systems or components.
3. Emergency maintenance for urgent issues outside normal hours.
4. Support for special projects that enhance IESS capabilities.
5. Engineering services for system design, development, and retirement.
6. Configuration management services to maintain accurate records of IESS systems and components.
7. Management of equipment and material spares related to IESS operations.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations including major East and West Coast commands, other stateside locations, and Hawaii.
