THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY.

This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to the sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.

Acquisition of 5 workstations and one tablet to replace current out of lifecycle workstations and tablet for the Information Display System (IDS5) - Army Airfield Automation System (AAAS). See attachments for information on requirement details. IDS5 systems must be windows 11 compliant. Must have the capacity of staging, imaging (using current AAAS image), configuration, and testing of proposed IDS5 hardware.

Background
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Systems Atalanta, INC for the acquisition of workstations and a tablet for the Information Display System (IDS5) - Army Airfield Automation System (AAAS).

The goal of this contract is to replace current out-of-lifecycle workstations and tablet devices, ensuring compliance with Windows 11 and the necessary configurations for the AAAS.

Work Details
The contract includes the following specific products:
- Five (5) IDS5 Workstations (Integrated Information Display & Dissemination System, Model Five):
- NIPR compliant
- Three (3) Video Display Capability:
- 2 Display Ports
- 1 HDMI Port
- TAA Compliant
- Windows 11 Ready / Compliant
- One (1) 12” LED Toughbook Tablet PC:
- Ruggedized and NIPR compliant
- TAA Compliant
- Intel Core i5; 16GB RAM; 512GB SSD; Wi-Fi; Windows 11 Ready / Compliant
- 3:2 Display
- MIL-STD-461F, MIL-STD-810H Compliant

Additionally, the hardware must be capable of staging, imaging using current and future AAAS images, configuration, and testing upon delivery.
