IDS and AFNET Fiber for the Hawaii Air National Guard   2

Background
The Hawaii Air National Guard is seeking to enhance security through the installation of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS) at two locations: the 150th EWS at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands, Kauai, and the 109th EWS at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Honolulu.

This contract aims to ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 for the protection of critical assets, requiring these systems to be operational prior to facility accreditation.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items under this solicitation:

- **CLIN0001**: Intrusion Detection System at 150th EWS - One (1) Job
- **CLIN0002**: Install Fiber Lines for AFNET at 150th EWS - One (1) Job
- **CLIN0003**: Intrusion Detection System at 109th EWS - One (1) Job

The IDS and ACS installations must conform to standards outlined in ICD/ICS 705-01, UL 2050, UFC 4-021-02, and Air Force Instruction AFI 31-401. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, tools, supplies, and supervision necessary for the installation. Specific components include:
- Multiplexer (Lenel)
- Keypad
- Dual reader interface module (Lenel)
- Balanced magnetic contacts
- Exit sensor
- Electric latch bolt
- Door position switch
- Electronic door locks.
The systems must be networked with existing alarm systems.

365 days after receipt of order.
