IDO Incident Inspections Recompete

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Office of Acquisition Management is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the Office of Professional Responsibility's Inspections and Detention Oversight. This requirement will be competed as a small business set-aside under the General Service Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services 541611.

This RFQ is issued in accordance with the regulatory authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.4. In addition, this RFQ and the resultant single award task order will be subject to the contractual terms, conditions, and clauses contained in the awardee's GSA MAS contract as applicable.

This RFQ has been released via the GSA eBuy site under GSA eBuy RFQ 1470076 . In order to conduct this acquisition most effectively, all notices and postings will be made via the website only.
