Background
The Beaver Lake Project, managed by the Government, is located at river mile 609 on the White River in Benton, Washington and Carroll Counties, Arkansas.

This project encompasses a lake that extends approximately 70 miles and covers around 28,220 surface acres. The project office is responsible for operation and maintenance duties across the office compound and ten recreation areas surrounding Beaver Lake.

The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type, which estimates the work required over the contract period.

Work Details
The contractor will provide tree maintenance services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Key tasks include:
1) Performance of Work: All work must comply with contract specifications and industry standards.
2) Timeliness/Quality Control: Services must be completed within specified timeframes after notification to begin services.
3) Safety/Environment: Compliance with all relevant safety laws and regulations is mandatory, including obtaining necessary permits.
4) Work Site Clean-up: Proper disposal of litter generated during work is required. The contractor must maintain records of accidents and ensure safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
