IDIQ Park Cleanup Millwood Lake Project Office   2

Background
The Millwood Lake Project Office is seeking a contractor to provide cleanup and solid waste removal services within the area of responsibility of the Millwood Office. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of park areas located in Howard, Hempstead, and Little River counties in Arkansas, in strict accordance with all specified terms, conditions, and provisions.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, labor, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, transportation, and vehicles required for cleanup and solid waste removal services. Key tasks include:

1. Management: Oversee the total work effort to ensure timely completion of services including planning, scheduling, and quality control.

2. Work Control: Implement procedures to track work progress and ensure availability of resources.

3. Work Schedule: Perform work during normal hours (7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) from March through November on specified days; during winter months only on Mondays and Fridays.

4. Protection of Government Property: Ensure no damage occurs to government property during service execution.

5. Compliance with Environmental Laws: Adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

6. Safety Requirements: Follow OSHA guidelines for safety during service delivery.

7. Permits: Obtain necessary licenses and permits without additional expense to the government.

8. Service Frequencies: The government reserves the right to adjust service frequencies or close parks as needed without payment for closed areas.

Period of Performance
Base period from contract award until February 28, 2026; with options extending performance through February 28, 2028.
