Background
The Greers Ferry Lake Project is a multi-purpose power generation, flood control, and municipal water supply project located in Cleburne County, Arkansas. The project includes the Greers Ferry Dam and extends approximately 50 miles into Cleburne and Van Buren Counties. The contract aims to provide mowing services at Greers Ferry Lake, ensuring the maintenance of grounds and facilities associated with the project.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform mowing services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include inspection of grounds, policing of areas, mowing and trimming. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while performing these tasks. Specific performance objectives include:

1) Performing all work according to contract specifications;
2) Completing services in a timely manner;
3) Complying with safety and environmental regulations;
4) Keeping work areas clean by disposing of litter off Government property.

A Quality Control Plan must be established to monitor service quality and compliance.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a Base Year of 12 months with four optional renewal years, each lasting 12 months.
