IDIQ Mowing Contract Nimrod-Blue Mountain Lake Project

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District (SWL) is issuing this solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide inspection and mowing services at Nimrod and Blue Mountain Lakes.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the grounds are properly maintained in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles required to perform the following tasks:
- Inspection of the areas to be mowed.
- Policing of grounds before and after mowing and trimming activities.
- Mowing and weed eating across designated parks including but not limited to Nimrod Dam, River Road Park, Project Point Park, Quarry Cove Park, Carden Point Park, Carter Cove Park, Anderson Branch Park, Sunlight Bay Park on Nimrod Lake; and Waveland Park, Outlet Area Park, Opal James Memorial Overlook/Tower Heights recreation area on Blue Mountain Lake.
- General tasks such as Work-Site Cleanup/Trash Disposal.

The work will be performed under delivery orders issued by the government.

Period of Performance
The estimated duration of this project is one base year with four option years. The base year may be shorter than one year depending on the date of award.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must demonstrate capabilities in landscaping services. Bidders should provide evidence of applicable licenses and certifications relevant to landscaping services.
