This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of the National Guard activities in the state of Tennessee.

These w ill be multi-disciplined contracts consisting of a five calendar year ordering period. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $10M. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this acquisition, $45 million is the small
business size standard. The Government's intent is to award a contract to all qualifying offerors. At the task order level, the contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economic programs. Background
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of the National Guard activities in the state of Tennessee. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $10M. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside.

Work Details
The work to be performed under the MATOC contracts will include construction, demolition, and remediation services. Projects will be bid build type from already completed designs, and/or projects specified by a Statement of Work using the Master Specification. The projects will generally include construction, repair and alteration of various facilities, electrical systems, mechanical systems, fire suppression systems, roof installation and repair, concrete and/or asphalt paving.
Each of the resulting contracts will have a five-year ordering period with a program ceiling amount not exceeding $10 million for all task orders awarded over the life of the MATOC program among all contracts awarded.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from September 18, 2024 to September 17, 2029.

Place of Performance
All locations within the state of Tennessee including air and army locations.
