Amendment #7: For offerors in the competitive range, is to incorporate FAR 52.225-10 Notice of Buy American Requirement-Construction Materials (May 2014) and to update Exhibit I - Wage Determinations for LA County CA20230022 10/06/2023, Orange County CA20230024 10/06/2023, Riverside County CA20230025 10/06/2023, and San Diego County CA20230001 10/06/2023. Amendment #6: For offerors in the competitive range, the first purpose of this amendment is to extend the initial 90 days the Government has to accept an offeror by an additional 60 days. This date has changed from 18 June 2023 to 17 August 2023. The second purpose of this amendment is to incorporate FAR 52.204-27 - Prohibition on a Bytedance Covered Application (June 2023).Amendment #5: The purpose of this Amendment is to provide answers to submitted RFIs.
