Background
The contract is issued by the Facilities Engineering Acquisition Division (FEAD) for the Marine Corps, aimed at securing electrical and other wiring installation projects at various government facilities.

The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) is to provide rapid response for construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, and repair of real property in a cost-effective manner.

The contract will cover work at Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center 29 Palms, Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, and Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake in California, as well as other approved locations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, parts (including system components), supervision, equipment, and related services necessary for electrical and other wiring projects.

This includes alterations, repairs, minor new construction, facility repair, rehabilitation, and renovations with minimal design requirements. The contractor must be able to perform multiple task orders simultaneously across various locations.

Specific tasks include:
- Installation of electrical systems
- Wiring installations
- Repairs and maintenance of existing electrical systems
- Minor construction related to electrical installations
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The contractor must also prepare detailed proposals for each task order based on the scope provided by the government.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center 29 Palms, Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake in California area of responsibility (AOR), and other locations as approved.
