Background
The contract is issued by the Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, focusing on providing specialty trade contractors for various government facilities. The goal of this contract is to facilitate rapid response for construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, and repair of real property in a cost-effective manner.

This Job Order Contract (JOC) is intended to support minor construction projects with minimal design requirements across multiple locations within the Marine Corps area of responsibility in California.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, supplies, parts (including system components), supervision, equipment, and related services necessary for projects including but not limited to alterations, repairs, and construction of commercial and institutional buildings.

The work includes project planning, scoping meetings, administration, and management necessary to support awarded task orders. The contractor must be able to perform multiple task orders simultaneously across various locations including Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center 29 Palms, and Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport.

Task orders will be issued as firm-fixed-price orders based on established coefficients derived from RSMeans Cost Data software.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is two years with an option for an additional three-year period. The total contract value shall not exceed $49 million.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at various government facilities located within the Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center 29 Palms, and Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport in California.
