Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) 100% 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 238220 for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning construction projects at various government installations within the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), CA, area of responsibility (AOR) and other locations as approved. The maximum dollar value for the base period and option period combined is not to exceed $40,000,000.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide plumbing, heating, and air conditioning construction services with minimal design requirements for new minor construction, facility repair, rehabilitation, and alterations at various government facilities within the specified area of responsibility. The work includes alterations, repairs, and construction of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. The contractor must perform multiple task orders in multiple locations simultaneously. Work locations include Naval Base Ventura County, California; Port Hueneme, California; Point Mugu, California; Laguna Peak, California; Fort Hunter Liggett (Monterey County); and Naval Outlying Field San Nicolas Island.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from December 27, 2024 to December 26, 2026 for the base period and from December 27, 2026 to December 26, 2029 for the option period.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various government installations within the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), CA area of responsibility (AOR) and other approved locations.
