Background
The contract is issued by the United States Government for the purpose of securing commercial and institutional building construction work. The goal of this indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) is to provide rapid response for construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, and repair of real property at various government installations within the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ, and Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro, CA areas of responsibility (AOR), as well as other approved locations. This contract aims to facilitate alterations, repairs, and minor new construction with minimal design requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, parts, supervision, equipment, and related services necessary for projects including but not limited to: alterations, repairs, and construction of commercial and institutional buildings. The work must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Specific tasks may include project planning, scoping meetings, administration, management support for task orders awarded. The contractor must be capable of performing multiple task orders in various locations simultaneously. The scope includes:
- Alterations and repairs to existing structures
- Minor new construction projects
- Facility rehabilitation
- Renovation work
- Compliance with safety standards and quality control measures

Place of Performance
Work will be performed primarily at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ; Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro, CA; Cannon Air Defense Complex; Barry M. Goldwater Range; Martinez Lake Recreation Area Complex; MCAS Yuma 16th Street Housing Area; Naval Observatory Flagstaff; Chocolate Mountain Aerial Gunnery Range; Camp Billy Machen.
