Background
The contract is issued by the Navy for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) specifically set aside for HUBZone small businesses. The primary goal of this contract is to secure specialty trade construction services at various government facilities, including the Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon in Nevada and the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) in Bridgeport, California.

The contract aims to provide rapid response for construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, and repair of real property in a cost-effective manner.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, parts, supervision, equipment, and related services necessary to perform specialty trade construction work. This includes tasks such as alterations, repairs, and minor new construction with minimal design requirements.

The successful offeror must be able to perform multiple task orders simultaneously across various locations. Specific work types may include HVAC installation and repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, roofing, paving, and other specialty trades. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations while conducting project planning and management activities.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at various locations including but not limited to Churchill County (NAS Fallon), Douglas County (Buckley AFB), Clark County (Nellis AFB), El Paso County (Ft. Carson), Salt Lake City County (NOSC SLC), Mineral County (Hawthorne Army Depot), and MCMWTC Bridgeport.
