IDIQ General Construction - Transformer Replacement NSA Panama City FL

Contract will provide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) General Construction for various customers serviced by Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City and Whiting Field, Florida. This IDIQ procurement shall provide the Government a means to contract timely for minor construction, alteration and repair projects (including both design-build and design-bid-build requirements. Services will be procured utilizing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order award. The work will be negotiated with each task order issued under this contract. The contractor shall include all project management, planning, estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, incidental design and all other associated costs necessary to fulfill the requirements of each Contract Task Order awarded as a result of this procurement. All costs associated with preparing proposals shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The overall IDIQ Contract is for 60 months or $4.5Million, whichever comes first. All work will be located at NSA Panama City and Whiting Field, Florida. The required guaranteed minimum requirement is satisfied with the first task order issued at time of base contract award entitled Transformer replacement . All work will be in accordance with statement of work and specified USFG specifications.
