IDIQ Forestry Management Services, Mountain Home Project Office   2

Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is seeking a contractor to provide Forestry Management Services for the Mountain Home Project Office, which encompasses Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes. The mission of this contract is to enhance forest health, improve wildlife management, and establish fire lanes for safety. The goal is to perform various forestry tasks that contribute to ecological restoration and management in the specified areas of Arkansas and Missouri.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the following tasks:

1. Bare-root tree planting;
2. Large tree planting (1-to-3 gallon size);
3. Balled and burlap tree planting;
4. Cut and drop treatment;
5. Hack and squirt treatment;
6. Glade restoration;
7. Cedar mulching;
8. Brush mulching;
9. Permanent fire-line establishment;
10. Permanent fire-line preparation;
11. Hand line installation and preparation;
12. Debris cleanup on Norfork and Bull Shoals Lakes in Baxter, Boone, Marion, and Fulton Counties in Arkansas and Ozark and Taney Counties in Missouri.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be from June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026 for the base year, with four additional option years extending through May 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Norfork and Bull Shoals Lakes located in Baxter County, Boone County, Marion County, Fulton County in Arkansas and Ozark County and Taney County in Missouri.
