Description

The Defense Health Agency, Contracting Office - San Diego (HT9410), 7700 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, VA 22042, has awarded a firm-fixed-priced (FFP), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for personal dental services in support of DoD Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) outside the continental United States (OCONUS). Supplementation of personnel at any DoD Military Treatment Facility (MTF) whose personnel are located in OCONUS locations shall be considered within the scope of the requirement.

In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(4), this procurement was not synopsized as it is authorized by statute. This requirement was set aside to a Small Business Administration (SBA) Section 8(a) Native Hawaiian owned firm in accordance with FAR Part 6.203 Set-Asides for Small Business Concerns. Specifically, the requirement was executed as a non-competitive 8(a) award to a firm owned by an Indian tribe in accordance with FAR 19.805-1(b)(2) and the 8(a) Partnership Agreement between the SBA and the Department of Defense.

Task orders will be awarded on a FFP basis.
