Background
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) operates multiple FSIS Field Service Laboratories (FSL) that conduct regulatory testing of meat, poultry, and egg products for foodborne pathogens and sanitary indicator organisms.

These laboratories process thousands of samples annually to ensure the safety of the nation's food supply. The USDA FSIS has three analytical laboratories (Eastern, Western, and Midwestern) that utilize solid phase extraction columns and QUECHERS kits to check for veterinary drug, pesticide, and contaminant chemical residues in the food supply.

This acquisition aims to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for these essential laboratory supplies.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of solid phase extraction columns, QUECHERS salt kits, and QUECHERS salt packages for all FSIS laboratories. The specific items include:
- **Solid Phase Extraction Columns**: CEC181M6 - Clean Up Hydrophobic C18 - Octadecyl sorbent, 21.5%, 60 Å, 500 m2/g, 0.77 cm3/g.
- **QUECHERS Salt Kits**: CUPSA156 - Clean Up Anion Exchange Primary-Secondary Amine Sorbent PSA, 11.1%, 60 Å, 1.100 meq/g, 500 m2/g, 0.77 cm3/g.
- **QUECHERS Salt Packages**: CUMPS2CT - QuEChERS dSPE - 2mL Centrifuge Tube (150 mg MgSO4 + 50 mg PSA), ECQUVIN-MP - Mylar Pouch Format with QuEChERS Original Extraction (8000 mg MgSO4-2000 mg NaCl), ECQUUS8-MP2 - Mylar Pouch Format with QuEChERS Original Extraction (1200 mg NaCl; 4000 mg Na2SO4-500 mg MgSO4).
