Background
The U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement for a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for fire protection projects that involve repair, maintenance, and alteration for its research laboratory facilities located throughout the Plains Area - North, which includes the states of Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Colorado. Specific requirements will be incorporated into individual task orders.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to perform all operations in connection with the construction program for fire protection. The contract shall provide design, construction, repair, alteration, and maintenance for fire protection projects by means of an IDIQ contract. The IDIQ contract shall be for one (1) five-year ordering period for a total of sixty (60) months.
The contract pricing will consist of two components: Direct Labor and Equipment/Materials.

04/01/2022 to 03/31/2027

Place of Performance
The geographical limitations of this contract include any facility or site within the USDA/ARS Plains Area - North responsibility (Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado).
