IDIQ DOL Furniture and Relocation Services   2

Background
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Senior Procurement Executive, on behalf of the Business Operations Center, has a requirement for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. The requirement is an 8(a) set-aside. The period of performance will be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods beginning on June 9, 2024.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to supply Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) and to perform FF&E related services including but not limited to project management/coordination/budgeting; design/programming/test-fitting/specification; inventory/documentation; transition/relocation planning and coordination services; procurement/delivery/installation; modification/disassembly/reassembly to fulfill DOL agency’s relocation, refresh or renovation projects as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract action.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance: 06/09/2024 to 06/08/2025

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract action will be defined at the task order level. Areas of services will involve the Department of Labor (DOL) Frances Perkins Building (FPB) which is headquartered at the National Office in Washington D.C., lease spaces in the National Capital Region, and other Regional Offices in various cities across the United States.
