IDIQ Campground and Park Facility Cleaning Services, Mountain Home Project Office

Background
The Mountain Home Project Office (MHPO) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Norfork and Bull Shoals Dams, as well as eighteen recreation areas on Bull Shoals and Norfork lakes. These lakes serve multiple purposes including power generation and flood control.

The contract aims to provide comprehensive cleaning services for campground and park facilities within these areas, ensuring they are maintained to high standards for public use.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Campground & Park Facility Cleaning Services. Specific tasks include:

- Cleaning campsites, restrooms, playgrounds, and parks;
- Maintaining cleanliness of all buildings and structures;
- Ensuring restrooms are fully supplied with soap, toilet tissue, and deodorant blocks;
- Performing daily cleanup services at each location according to contract specifications;
- Conducting preseason cleaning to prepare facilities for the camping season;
- Pressure washing facilities as required;
- Managing waste disposal properly;
- Maintaining clear drains in all plumbing fixtures.

The contractor must also ensure compliance with sustainability requirements by using eco-friendly products.

Period of Performance
Base Year: February 1, 2026 (or award date if later) through January 31, 2027. Option Years: February 1, 2027 - January 31, 2028; February 1, 2028 - January 31, 2029; February 1, 2029 - January 31, 2030; February 1, 2030 - January 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the Mountain Home Project Office's jurisdiction over Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes in Arkansas.
