THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

CMS is using the exception to fair opportunity described at FAR 8.405-6(b) to award a sole source task order award to procure Okta-brand subscriptions for FedRAMP- accredited identity management-as-a-service (IDaaS) solution, which has been implemented at CMS as an enterprise shared services called Identity Management (IDM).
