The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to L3Harris Technologies for the Program Management, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Training, Technical Documentation, and Facility Planning necessary to standup an AN/ALQ-214(V) 4/5 and AN/ALQ-214A(V)4/5 Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures (IDECM) Organic Depot at NSWC Crane. Additionally, the contract will include scope to procure, build, deliver, install and set-up the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) required for AN/ALQ-214(V)4/5 and AN/ALQ-214A(V)4/5 IDECM repairs for use at NSWC Crane.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(f) (2) (E), as referenced in the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-4, "International Agreement," it is hereby determined that the proposed contract action may be negotiated without the justification described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3.
