Work Details
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, supervision, management, and transportation necessary for janitorial services at the Coeur d'Alene Nursery. Specific tasks include:
1. Contract Management: Ensure adherence to performance standards and deadlines while managing personnel and providing necessary training.
2. Daily Cleaning Services: Perform routine cleaning tasks in the nursery's main office, seed extractory, and greenhouse areas twice a week.
3. Surge Cleaning: Provide additional cleaning services as needed during periods of increased activity.
4. Compliance with Quality Assurance Standards: Maintain a collaborative relationship with government representatives and submit daily inspection checklists.

Base Year from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026; with options for four additional years through April 30, 2030.
