This requirement is for the Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD). WFLHD intends to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is to provide highway, road, and bridge construction in the states of Idaho and Montana. Projects will primarily involve improvements to low-volume and low-speed roadways ranging from 3R (resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation) to full reconstruction. Projects may include, but are not limited to the following: earthwork, soil stabilization,structures, bridges, walls, drainage, surfacing, culverts, paving, parking lots, and other misc. items of work. Projects may be located in environmentally sensitive areas that necessitate context-sensitive construction techniques and processes.
The Government intends to award up to six contracts (three reserved for small business) for a period of three years.

Background
The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) is issuing this solicitation for the Idaho, Montana, and Surrounding Areas Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The goal of this contract is to provide highway, road, and bridge construction services primarily in Idaho and Montana.

The projects will focus on improving low-volume and low-speed roadways through various construction methods including resurfacing, restoration, rehabilitation, and full reconstruction. The WFLHD intends to award up to six contracts, with three reserved for small businesses, over a period of three years.

Work Details
The work under this contract will encompass a variety of construction tasks including but not limited to: earthwork, soil stabilization, structures, bridges, walls, drainage systems, surfacing, culverts installation, paving activities, parking lot construction, and other miscellaneous items of work.

Projects may be located in environmentally sensitive areas requiring context-sensitive construction techniques. The anticipated average value for each task order is approximately $7 million with a maximum shared capacity of $60 million across all awarded contracts. Task orders will vary in size from about $250 thousand to $20 million.
