Background
The project is being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) under the Idaho, Montana, and Surrounding Areas MATOC IDIQ contracts. The mission of this contract is to stabilize the Custer Motorway as part of the ID FLAP FS SC MULTI(1) project.
