Background

Work Details
The scope of work includes various construction tasks as outlined in the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects, FP-24. Key tasks include:
- Clearing and grubbing of the site
- Earthwork operations including excavation and embankment
- Installation of aggregate base courses
- Asphalt pavement construction and surface treatments
- Minor concrete pavement work
- Incidental construction such as turf establishment and temporary traffic control measures.

The contractor must adhere to special contract requirements, including providing performance and payment bonds, ensuring compliance with Davis-Bacon wage rates, and following specified environmental controls.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be holders of an IDIQ contract under the Idaho, Montana, & Surrounding Areas MATOC program. All contractors must have active registration at the time of proposal submission.
