ICIDS Maintenance

Background
The Directorate of Emergency Services at Fort Drum, NY, is responsible for managing the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS), version V. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary resources, excluding Government Furnished Property (GFP), to isolate, repair, maintain, and program these systems. This initiative is driven by the need for certified technicians to ensure effective management and maintenance of over 425 ICIDS zones, as current personnel lack the necessary certifications.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all resources necessary for the following tasks: isolate, repair, maintain, and program the IDS and ICIDS systems. The contractor must supply certified and qualified ICIDS/DAQ Electronics technicians for maintenance support. Proof of certification must be provided at the time of quote. The contractor's personnel are expected to operate during normal core duty hours of Fort Drum (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday), with some work potentially occurring outside these hours.

A Project Manager must be designated prior to contract performance to oversee operations and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year with four option years.
