ICEADR CE Instructor Support

Background
This pre-solicitation notice is issued in support of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Readiness Directorate (AFCEC/CX).

The goal of this contract is to achieve AFCEC mission potential and support continued Air Force Civil Engineer training and transformation initiatives. The contract includes a base year plus two one-year option years.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, and tools to deliver non-personal services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) across six designated Contingency Training Sites.

Key tasks include:
1) Providing and retaining qualified key personnel;
2) Maintaining a stable workforce;
3) Assisting with and providing training instruction;
4) Using, reviewing, and updating training material and curriculum;
5) Supporting training planning and logistics coordination.

Performance objectives include ensuring qualified personnel are present at contract start, filling vacancies within specified timeframes, delivering curriculum on schedule, maintaining updated training materials, and documenting logistics plans with minimal errors.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the following locations: Dobbins Air Reserve Base (Georgia), Fort Smith (Arkansas), New London (North Carolina), Fargo (North Dakota), Fort Indiantown Gap (Pennsylvania), March Air Reserve Base (California).
