Background
The ICBM Ground Subsystem Support Contract (GSSC) 2.0 is a contract issued by the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) ICBM Systems Directorate (ICBMSD) for the purpose of providing support for intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) ground subsystems.
