Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is responsible for providing operational support to naval facilities worldwide. This justification outlines the need for a renewal of IBM MAXIMO software and related services, which are critical for maintaining the operational integrity of NAVFAC's enterprise asset management systems. The total estimated value of this acquisition is $29,891,400, funded through Operations and Maintenance (OM&N).

Work Details
The acquisition includes the renewal of licenses and maintenance for IBM MAXIMO, IBM Accelerated Value Program (AVP), and Cognos Analytics (CA) software. The MAXIMO software serves as NAVFAC's enterprise asset management, transportation management, and utilities management system, tailored to Navy business processes. It is currently in active sustainment and utilized by all nine Facilities Engineering Commands (FECs) globally.
