This "Brand Name Only" Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a 100% small business set-aside exclusively for only those authorized resellers for IBM Consolidated Products. Please refer to Attachment 1- Limited Source Justification for Brand Name IBM. Quotes from other than this manufacturer will not be considered. Interested vendors must include documentation that validates they are an authorized reseller. Authorized vendors shall provide a quote for the following brand name item: Brand Name: IBM Part Number: E0DQTLL IBM Passport Advantage Site ID Number is 3463508 (MOD 1- 3/17/210) Description: IBM I2 ANALYST'S NOTEBOOK CONCURRENT USER ANNUAL SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION & SUPPORT RENEWAL Quantity: 30 Delivery Date: 01 May 2021 and will be valid for twelve (12) consecutive months through April 30 2022 Method of Payment: Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Additional applicable Provisions and Clauses can be found in Attachment 2. The intended outcome of this RFQ is the issuance of a single-award, firm-fixed priced GSA FSS order. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and issue a GSA FSS order based on the initial quotations received. Therefore, the quoter's initial quotation should contain the quoter's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The resulting award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote is technically acceptable (able to provide exact requested item above), in full compliance to all other requirements set forth in the RFQ, and the lowest price. Quotes shall only be submitted though GSA-Ebuy in response to this RFQ.
